DELIVERY AND RETURNS DETAILS
- U.K. orders for stock items are normally dispatched within one to two working days (subject to item being in stock). Standard next day delivery is FREE for orders of £60.00 and over. The standard delivery charge of £4.95 applies to orders under £60.00
- Currently next working day delivery destinations are limited to UK Mainland addresses. Remote, offshore and Northern Ireland do not qualify for free delivery and may take up to four extra days to be delivered. We will advise the extra costs incurred before dispatch.
- Certain large or heavy items may incur a surcharge. This will be advised before dispatch. For health and safety reasons and to avoid damage items in excess of 20kg can only be delivered to a ground floor location at the delivery address.
- International orders are normally dispatched within two to three days from clearance of payment. Expected delivery dates are dependant on weight and destination.
- In the event that all or part of your order is not available, we shall notify you by e-mail as soon as possible. Items that are non stock or special order are normally dispatched within seven days. We will keep you informed about items on longer deliveries. We will always try to ensure that delivery times are maintained but any dates we specify are approximate and we will not be held liable for any delays.
- Manufacturer direct delivery is a special order delivered to you directly from the manufacturer. As this is a special order any returns will attract a 20% restocking charge.
- Any damage or shortages should be noted on the carriers delivery note. Please inform us by e-mail, fax or post within seven days. We cannot accept any liability unless we are notified within seven days of delivery. Orders that have been dispatched to the correct delivery address and subsequently returned as undeliverable are subject to a refund of the value of the goods only, less any return carriage charge levied by the carriers.
RETURNS PROCEDURE
- All returns must be arranged through customer services, who will issue a customer returns authorization number. Customers must take care to securely package all goods including the original packing. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the returned goods are received in a saleable condition. Items that are returned and found to be used, misused or without the original packing will not be considered for credit. It is recommended that a recorded delivery service with adequate insurance is used for all returns.
- Special orders ie. Spare parts cannot be accepted back for credit.
